Grande-Digue, NB – Lucille Arsenault, 70, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, after a brief illness.
Born in Lewisville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Gérard and Évangeline (LeBlanc) Melanson.
She relaxed later in life and enjoyed her time on the “Le Worry Pas”, the motorcycle and the four wheeler in the winter. Included in her new adventures was a memorable trip to Disney World with Jacob.
Lucille will be sadly missed by her husband, Eric; her son, Mike (Leighsa) of Glendon, AB; her daughter, Nicole Brennan (Bob) of Terrebonne, QC; her two brothers, Paul (Jeanne) of Moncton and Roger of Oshawa, ON; her adoring grandson, Jacob; her sister-in-law, Carol of Ottawa, ON; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Francis (Sept 2014).
Visitations will be at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Monday, September 22, 2014 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Funeral service will be held at La Visitation RC Church in Grande-Digue on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 11 am. Reception to follow.
