Marguerite Hebert, 94, of Résidence du Marais and formerly of Dieppe, passed away on Thursday, March 15th, 2007 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital.

Born in Matapedia, QC, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Jeanne (née: Caron) Lavoie.

She was an avid card player and was a member of the Club d’Age d’Or de Dieppe

She is survived by three daughters: Elizabeth (late John) Malenfant of Moncton, Victoria (Alfred) Cormier of St.-Paul and Rolande (Normand) Roy of Dieppe; two daughters-in-law: Lumina of Ontario and Gertrude of Dieppe; one sister, Yolande (André) Doucet of Minto; 20 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren as well as by several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, André in 1966, three sons: baby Adolphe, Roland and Leonard; three sisters: Madelaine, Beatrice and Luci; three brothers: Roland, Gerard and Gabriel and also by one grandson, Alfred.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Sunday, March 18th, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and also on Monday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, on Monday, March 19th, 2007 at 11 am.
Interment in Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
