Shediac – Marie-Jeanne Cormier, 51, passed away peacefully at the Villa Providence in Shediac, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, March 1st, 2012, after struggling with a brain tumor during the past year.
Born in Shediac on July 30, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Cormier (1978) and Marguerite (Brun) Cormier.
Besides her mother, Marguerite of Shediac, she will be sadly missed by her two sons Terry of BC and Shawn of Shediac; her three special friends, Gary Delorme, Nap Fougère and Dr. Allain Bolduc; two brothers, Roger Cormier and Paul Cormier, both of Shediac; his two sisters, Majella Cormier (Georgie Bourque) and Annette Cormier (late Murray) both of Toronto, ON; her grandson, Damien of Ontario; a special aunt and godmother, Alice LeBlanc of Shediac; also several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by one infant sister, Gisèle (1964), one brother, Yvon (1997).
In respect to Marie-Jeanne’s wishes, there will be no visitations and no service.
