Shediac –Maurice Daigle,51, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, March 26, after a lengthy illness. Maurice was residing at a special care home in Shediac.
Born in Goose Bay, Labrador, he was the son of the late Yvon Daigle and Rita (Gaudet) Daigle.
Besides his mother, Rita, of Shediac River, Maurice will be sadly missed by his brother, Pierre (Charline Cormier) of St-Antoine; his niece, Kayla Daigle; also his three best friends, Rhéal, Michel et Gaëtan.
By the family’s request, there will be no visitations. Funeral service will be held at Passage Chapel in Shediac Bridge on Friday, March 30 at 2 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
