Shediac, NB – Ola Vautour, 81, passed away suddenly at his residence on Wednesday, December 25th, 2013.

Born in Shediac, NB on March 28th, 1932, he was the son of the late Olivier and the late Alma (Léger) Vautour. Ola spent most of his life in the Toronto. He loved country music and played with different band in the Toronto area.

Ola will be sadly missed by his special friend and companion, Mona Morgan of Shediac; his two sons, Gary Vautour (Gloria) of Toronto, ON, Ronnie Vautour (Michelle) of Oshawa, ON, his step-son, Eddie Ripley (Tina) of Toronto, ON; his step-daughter, Barbara Ripley of Toronto, ON; his two sisters, Mélanie Vautour of Shediac, Doris Casey (Louis) of Stoney Plain, AB,; his brother-in-law, Maurice Vautour of Oshawa, ON; by his five grandchildren, Mandy, Jennifer, Michelle, Randy and Michael; by his two great granddaughters, Kyana and Kayle, he is also survived by several nieces and nephews

Besides his parents, Ola was predeceased by his second wife, Dorilla Maillet; his two sisters, Elizabeth & Geneviève (late Bruce Hamilton).

In keeping with Ola’s wishes there will be no visitation at funeral home or funeral service.
