Raymond J. LeBlanc, 84, of Moncton, and formerly of Cap-Pelé, passed away at his residence, the Villa du Repos on Thursday, April 21, 2016.
Born on April 18, 1932 in Cap-Pelé, NB, he was the son of the late Thaddée « Sam » LeBlanc and Herménie (Cormier) LeBlanc .
He will be sadly missed by his sisters: Jeanne (late Edmund) Olscamp of Dieppe and Elizabeth « Betty » Greek of Moncton; his brothers: Jean (Rose-Marie) of Cap-Pelé and Alphée (Edith) of Dieppe; his special niece, Hélène Boudreau (Paul); his Villa du Repos family as well as several nephews and nieces. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters: Catherina LeBlanc, Claire LeBlanc, Andréa LeBlanc and Marie Lalonde, as well as his brothers: André, Azor, Aurèle, Joseph, Gérard and Amance.
The family will receive condolences at Maison Funéraire Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Rue Amirault Street, Dieppe (506) 857-1901 on Sunday, April 24 from 7 to 9pm and April 25 from 2 to 3pm.
A celebration of the word will be held in the chapel at the funeral home on Monday April 25 at 3pm.
In memory of Raymond, a contribution to the Villa du Repos would be appreciated.
Raymond J. LeBlanc, 84, de Moncton, mais autrefois de Cap-Pelé, est décédé à sa résidence, la Villa du Repos, le jeudi 21 Avril 2016.
Né le 18 Avril 1932 à Cap-Pelé, N.-B., il était le fils de feu Thaddée « Sam » LeBlanc et Herménie (Cormier) LeBlanc.
Il laisse dans le deuil ses soeurs: Jeanne (feu Edmund) Olscamp de Dieppe et Elizabeth « Betty » Greek de Moncton; ses frères: Jean (Rose-Marie) de Cap-Pelé et Alphée (Edith) de Dieppe; sa nièce spéciale, Hélène Boudreau (Paul); sa famille communautaire de la Villa du Repos, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Outre ses parents, il a été précédé dans la tombe par ses soeurs: Catherina LeBlanc, Claire LeBlanc, Andréa LeBlanc et Marie Lalonde, ainsi que ses frères: André, Azor, Aurèle, Joseph, Gérard et Amance.
La famille recevra les condoléances à la Maison Funéraire Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Rue rue Amirault, Dieppe (506) 857-1901, le dimanche 24 Avril de 19h à 21h et le lundi 25 Avril de 14h à 15h.
Une célébration de la parole aura lieu en la chapelle de la maison funéraire le lundi 25 Avril à 15h.
