Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, NB – Réjean Albert, 81, passed away peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, June 28, 2015, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Pokesudie, NB, he was the son of the late Joseph and Emma (Légère) Albert.
Réjean will be sadly missed by his wife of 56 years, Marie Babineau; his children, Bernice Richard of Burton, Denise Daigle (Victor) of Moncton, Susan Vienneau (Paul-Émile) of Ste-Anne, Reggie Jr. (Chantale) of Bouctouche; his three brothers, Adilas (Florine) of Oshawa, ON, Alphonse (Albertine) of Cormier-Village and Peter (Judy) of Windsor, ON; his four sisters, Rita Jean (Antoine) of St-Paul de Bas-Caraquet, Aldéa Dugas (late Antoine) of Allardville, Jeanne d’Arc Lepine (Normand) and Mérilda Murray (Roland) both of Chicoutimi, QC; his nine grandchildren, Chantal, Emmanuel, Nathalie, David, Luc, Isabelle, Natacha, Vickie and Roxanne; also by many niece and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by four brothers, Valmond, Hermel, Yvon and Nicholas; one sister, Gertrude and one infant sister, Aline.
Visitations will be at Sainte-Anne-de-Kent slumber room, on Wednesday, July 1st, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and on Thursday, July 2nd, 2015 from 2 pm until time of funeral. Funeral service will be held at Sainte-Anne-de-Kent RC Church in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, on Thursday, July 2nd, 2015 at 4 pm. Reception to follow.
Donations to the Canadian Red Cross, the Canadian Cancer Society or to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
