Rita Daigle, 88, of Residence Aventure, Elmwood Ave. and formerly of Champlain St. Dieppe, passed away on Saturday, October 15th, 2005 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital.
Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Eddie and the late Mélendée (née: Melanson) Bourgeois.
Mrs.Daigle was a parishioner of Ste.-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church.
She was the last member of her immediate family, she is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Daigle was predeceased by her husband, Arthur in 1984; four sisters: Dora, Thérèse , Edmée and Alice and also by one brother Henri.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Monday, October 17th, 2005 from 7 to 9 pm and on Tuesday from 10 am until time of service. Funeral service will be celebrated from Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, October 18th, 2005 at 11 am. Interment in Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB
Donations to the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
