Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of late Arthur and Marie-Rose (nee Savoie) LeBlanc.

Roger is survived by his loving wife Shirley-Ann (nee Gallant) of 60 years; his two sons, Denis Richard (Darlene) and David Michael both of Shediac; his daughter, Marla Maureen (Dave) LeBlanc of Shediac; his three sisters, Clara (Camille) Williams, Bernice (late Alfred) Hébert and Claudette Cormier all of Moncton; his five grandchildren, Cyril, Dale, Jordan, Sébastien and Émilie; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his infant daughter Holly Melissa (1972).

As per Roger’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service.
