St-Antoine, NB ~ Roger Léger, 87, passed away peacefully at his residence in St-Antoine, NB, surrounded in love by his family, on Friday, April 30th, 2021.
Born in St-Antoine, NB, he was the son of the late Osias and the late Emma Léger born Allain.
Roger is survived by his special friend, Annette Eagle of St-Antoine; three sons, Shawn Léger (Tamara), Jayme Léger (Linda) both of Moncton and Richard Léger (Lori) of Massachusetts; one daughter, Sharon Belliveau of Moncton; three brothers, Lionel Léger (Irène) of St-Antoine, Léo Paul Léger (Rose-Marie) of Notre-Dame-de-Kent and Maurice Léger of St-Antoine; one sister, Valida Cormier (Laurie) of St-Antoine; ten grandchildren, Donald, Brian, Sean, Charlie, Gabrielle, Rebeca, Cory, Alyssa, Liam and Taylor; two great-grandchildren, Sophie and Dani; also by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Besides his parents, Roger was predeceased by his first wife, Ronaldine; his second wife, Flora; three brothers, Henri, Léonel and Ronald, but also by two sisters, Jeannine and Elmira.
Due to the current pandemic, and also honoring Roger’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no Funeral Service.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
