Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of the late Doug and Ellen Waite (nee Cannons).
Ron was really proud of his daughter. He loved his family very much and they meant the world to him. Ron had a zest for life, he loved nature, the outdoors and animals. People that knew him, knew that he was a quiet and kind man, also a hard worker. He loved people and people loved him.
Ron will be sadly missed by his loving wife: Joanne Waite; his daughter: Chloë Gautreau (Mario Giacomelli) of Riverview; his son: Jordan Brown (Mallory) of Shediac Cape; his grandson: Lochlan; his siblings: Sandra Rooney (Greg) of Shediac Cape, Linda Waite of Moncton, Edward of Shediac Cape, Doug (Andrea Lambert) of St. George, Ralph (Judy) of Beaver Harbour, Sheila Goss of Scoudouc, Gloria Holland (Claude) of Beaver Harbour, Gail Justason of Lake Utopia , Barb Maxwell of Burlington, ON and Marilyn Richardson of Deer Island; also by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel in Shediac Bridge, on Saturday, May 8, 2021, from 2 to 5 pm, with a maximum of 60 people at a time. As per request, there will be no funeral. A graveside service will be held at St. Martin’s-in-the-Woods in Shediac Cape after the visitations.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to a charity of your choice.
