Cocagne, NB – Rose-Marie Cormier, 99, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton on Wednesday, December 9th, 2015, after a brief illness.
Born in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Pierre and the late Mélendé (Goguen) Cormier.
Rose-Marie will be sadly missed by her three sons, Aldérice (Kathy) of Ontario, Laurie (Valida) of St-Antoine and Roméo (Florida) of St-Édouard-de-Kent; her four daughters, Huberte Richard (late Edgar) of St-Antoine, Florence Fougère (Edmond A.) of Cocagne, Claudette Dupuis (Alyre) of Notre-Dame and Murielle Allain (late Émile) of Cocagne; her daughter-in-law, Dorice Cormier of Moncton; her twenty-six grandchildren; also by several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Louis; one son, Donald; one infant daughter, Claudette and several brothers and sisters.
Visitations will be at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Sunday, December 13th, 2015 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. No visitations on Monday morning. Funeral service will be held at the St-Pierre-de-Cocagne RC Church on Monday, December 14th, 2015 at 11 am.
