Dieppe, – Rosemonde Godin, 67, of Dieppe, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 10th, 2021, at her residence.
Born in Tracadie, NB, she was the daughter of Lina (née: Cormier) and the late Nicholas Godin.
Prior to retirement, Rosemonde was a nurse and operated her own daycare. She was a loving mother, who enjoyed reading, literature and arts.
She will be dearly missed by her mother, Lina; her daughter, Marie-Hélène Michaud (Karla Gilliss) of Scoudouc; her sons: Nicolas Michaud (Dureena Sallans) and Marc-André Michaud, both of Moncton; her grandchildren: Kai, Perseus and Theseus; her sisters: Thérèse Blanchard (late Aristide), Roseline Collins (Claude), Georgina Sivret, Francine Godin (Denis), Paulette Thériault (Alban) and Nathalie Bezeau (Allain); her brothers: George (Denise), Yvon (Jeanne), Clarence (Lyne) and Reynald (Jacinthe); the father of her children, Roland Michaud, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her son, Martin.
Following the current Covid-19 restrictions, public visitation (with a maximum of 50 peoples at a time) will be held from Passage Chapel, 625 Mountain Road, Moncton, on Sunday, March 14th, 2021 from 2 to 4 pm, followed by a service of remembrance at 4 pm.
