Born in Richibucto, NB, he was the son of the late Joseph and the late Annie Robichaud (nee Léger).

Rudy will be sadly missed by his wife of 53 years, Marguerite Robichaud (nee Maillet) of Moncton, by his three sons, Daniel (Marie Desrochers) of Ottawa, ON, Marc of Duncan, BC, Peter of Halifax, NS; by his two brothers, Roger of Bouctouche, Ronald (June Dysart) of Riverview; by his three sister, Alma Sawyer (late Dennis) of Richibucto, Grace Herbert (late Joe) of Riverview, Irene Boudreau (late Albert) of Shediac; by his sister-in-law, Claudette Robichaud of Richibucto; by his three grandchildren, Chelsi, Mélanie, Vanessa; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Rudy was predeceased by his sister, Généva Herbert and by his brother, Théodore Robichaud.

Visitations will be at Passage Funeral Chapel, 625 Mountain Road, Moncton, on Tuesday, July 7th, 2015 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. There will be no visitation at the funeral home Wednesday morning. Funeral service will be held at Notre-Dame-de-Grâce RC Church in Moncton, 854 Mountain Road, Moncton, on Wednesday, July 8th, 2015 at 10:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital (Palliative Care Unit) would be appreciated by the family.
