Moncton, NB (formerly of Cocagne) – Sara Goguen, 89, passed away peacefully at “Foyer St-Antoine” in St-Antoine, on Sunday, November 14, 2021.
Born in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Alphonse and the late Aimé Cormier (Goguen).
Sara will be sadly missed by her children: Freda Gallant (Oscar), Bernice Bray (Dave), Odette Goguen all of Moncton, Lucille Pellerin-Breau (Raymond Breau) of Shediac River and Tony of Notre-Dame; her brothers: Valerie of Moncton and Yvon (Diane) of Florida, USA; her 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; also by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband: Alfred; her son: Victor; also by several brothers and sisters.
Due to Covid-19 regulations, proof of vaccination and mask will be mandatory.
Visitation will be held at St-Pierre-de-Cocagne RC Church Slumber room in Cocagne, on Wednesday, November 17 from 7 to 9 pm and on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 9:30am until time of funeral mass at church at 11am.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Vestiaire St-Joseph in Shediac or to a charity of your choice.
