Dieppe, NB – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our much loved son, brother and uncle, Vernon Comeau, 71. Vernon passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospice, Albert House, Monday, September 20, 2021.
Born in Dieppe, NB, he was the son of the late Walter and Phyllis Comeau (Arsenault).
Vernon will be sadly missed by his mother, Phyllis; his sisters: Paula (Claude Dumaine) of Dieppe, Yvonne (John Wright) of Moncton, Lillianne (Remi Gobeil), Diane (Robert Gauvin), Karen (Reginald Caulfield) all three of Dieppe and Rita Arsenault of Moncton; his brothers: Paul (Julie) of Memramcook, Louis (Lucie) of Dieppe and Ken Melanson of Granby, QC; his 10 nieces, 1 nephew and several great nephews and nieces.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visiting. A private family service will be held on Saturday.

The Comeau family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at the Oasis Residence and Moncton Hospice Albert House for the loving care and kind support they gave Vernon and his family during this very difficult time.
