1949 – 2021
Shediac, NB – It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Vincent Collier Jr., 72, passed away peacefully and surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of the late Vincent Sr. and the late Rachel Collier (Mitchel).
Vincent will be sadly missed by his siblings: Roberta Jennings (Edwin) of Musquodoboit, NS, Bonnie and Wendy Collier both of Shediac Cape, Gary of Pointe-du-Chêne and John of Shediac; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two sisters: Carol and Susan (Lawrence) and his brother, Allan (Infant).
Vincent was an avid Montreal Canadian hockey fan and loved to watch it on TV while drinking his Labatt Blue beer. He also loved horses and especially his dog named Blue.
In respect to Vincent’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
A donation in his memory can be made to the Shediac Legion.
